mAbxience, a high growth international biotechnology company, is searching for a Business Development Manager to lead their Europe division.

General Responsibility

Partner management, sales plan delivery, new deals & Alliance management.

Entail business development activities in the areas not covered by partners yet and possible negotiations with existing partners.

Strategize, prepare, manage and support the launch in each country together with our strategic partners. Before the launch, he/she will be involved in obtaining the market authorizations, collaborate on the regulatory pathway with our team of specialists and support the partners in any way needed to obtain the market authorizations as possible. Obtaining the maximum sales in the region assigned after the launch.

• Education: Degree in Economics, or Pharmacy, Chemistry or similar. MBA is a plus.
• Languages: Fluent Spanish and English, knowledge of other languages will be an asset.
• Experience (years/area): 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar position, preferably in the pharmaceutical/ biotech industry, doing BD/licensing and B2B.
• Specific Knowledge: Pharma industry and biological product development. Regulatory familiarity.
• Travels: Willingness to travel. (30%-50%)
• Personal skills: Good communication and negotiation skills, analytical and organizational skills, curiosity, initiative, proactivity and resolution.
• A sharp sense of sales processes, pricing strategies, logistical processes and a high level of analytical skills are key to the success of the commercial director. Strong leadership skills and international mindset, communication, teamwork, adaptability/flexibility, productivity, Self-development, sense of urgency, initiative.
