We are looking for a Case Manager – Swedish Speaker (Danish is a plus).

We are looking for a Case Manager – Swedish Speaker (Danish is a plus), who will play a key role by serving our customers and providing the best quality to solve the claims within the agreed service level and therefore the best quality outcomes for our stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a clinical background combined with experience in customer operations within the health insurance, or second medical opinion sector.

Reporting directly to the Team Manager of Customer Operations, you will assess, plan, implement, monitor and evaluate actions required to provide support to the patient prior, during and after the treatment.

The successful candidate will be accountable for the full patient care cycle. It is a 6-month full-time contract, which can be extended depending on one’s performance.

As our Case Manager, you'll get to:

- Manage efficiently the end-to-end process of the claims service ensuring the best performance outcome for customers and stakeholders

- Obtain individual performance targets, quantitative and qualitative

- Receive the necessary training to get the defined targets in the area

- Collaborate with other departments in the company to achieve scalability and efficiency targets.

- Assist periodical meetings with the team and peers to share feedback and improve the service

- Participate in process improvement: Automation, simplification, efficiency - Deliver high quality service to customers

- Aim to reduce the number of issues and complaints of our customers

- Collect and review medical information

- Manage travel and accommodation

- Keep the CRM updated ensuring real time data available to other departments

Requisitos de la oferta

Requisitos:

- A University or College Undergraduate degree (required); Life Science degree is a plus.

- 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally from an international health/insurance-oriented business is a plus

- Understanding of customer operations processes

- Strong interpersonal skills, experience in problem resolution

- High attention to detail and a strong can-do spirit

- Experience working in different markets with TPA

- English and Swedish. Danish is a plus.
