  • In this role, you will be responsible for
    • Create and execute a tactical plan to manage existing accounts to meet and exceed established sales goals. Includes account retention strategy and profit improvement initiatives.
    • Prospect for new business opportunities within large strategic accounts and acquires profitable new business through identification, filtering and conversion of prospects.
    • Identify and build a relationship with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
    • Involve other functions and management at each relevant stage of the sales process to ensure successful tender outcomes.
    • Conduct and implement market development and field marketing activities to strengthen awareness of ORTHO Solutions.
    • Partner with key functions, for example Ortho Care to demonstrate all available product offerings to existing and potential accounts.
    • Make regular visits to accounts to gather information on needs and market conditions.
    • Perform contract and tender management activities, providing key information and work within country pricing guidelines, gaining management approval as required.
    • Manage the timely and accurate maintenance of the CRM tool. Uses data and reports to assist the Regional Sales Manager in reporting and forecasting.
    • Identify and maintain a deep understanding of competitors' offerings and strategies. Create barriers for entry for the competition.
    • Ensure sales activities in compliance with local and company regulation policies and procedures.

Requisitos:

What You’ll Bring To The Team

  • 3+ years of sales experience in the IVD field
  • Previous experience in public tenders management
  • Strong knowledge of Hospitals environment (Public & Private)
  • Fluent Catalan - Intermediate English
  • Educational background in a science-based subject (Biochemistry, Biology, Biomedical Science)
  • Consistent commercial success in a sales role within the Diagnostics industry and ideally in the Clinical Labs.
  • Willing to face obstacles and take on new professional challenges
  • Customer-oriented approach
  • Negotiation skills and passion for your job

Licenciatura

EXPERIENCIA PROFESIONAL MÍNIMA:
